Egg-free Yorkshire Pudding Recipes

Tried and tested by you. Since I'm trying to rid myself of the torture of wanting to die, I thought I'd distract myself with one of my interests: cooking.

I'm not able to tolerate eggs anymore, so I wondered if anyone had a plain yorkshire pudding recipe (plain so I can adapt it to my own recipes) that I could use.

Please note, I would hugely prefer that it is tried and tested. Anyone can just do a Google search and come up with a recipe.
