Where have you last been to? It can be any place including a mall, cinema, a town, a city, a park or etc.
As for me the last place I've been to is St. Luke's Hospital in Metro Manila, Philippines (google it if you want). This place has become familiar to me over the last couple of months, since I have been taking physical therapy sessions once to twice a day (except for Sundays), with roughly 1 to 1.5 hours per session. This is because I recently had a stroke and I have to undergo intense physical therapy, as part of my recovery process. Let me tell you all that therapy can leave one quite exhausted, which is why I have to sleep it off for more than an hour.

Wreck Beach - the best beach in Vancouver. There's a reason it makes top 10 lists of best nude beaches and best gay nude beaches in the World.

The entire beach is nearly 7km long. I haven't walked all of it, but I have gone out quite a ways either side of here.
Today was my 15th trip down there this year. You have to walk 480 stairs down the side of the cliffs through the rainforest in Pacific Spirit Regional Park at the University of British Columbia to get there. On sunny days I go there after work instead of sitting in rush hour traffic.
