I need Advice

Im not to close to my dad, but after my mom passed away, we become sorta close. I haven't talked to him in over 4 months, he did something that got me Very Angry at him. This happened before, back then, I didn't talk to him for a year. Winter is the Best time for my psoriasis, they can get sooo light, it is incredible feeling. I want to tell my dad about my psoriasis, but I can't bring myself around to emailing him (my dad can be hard to deal with) I don't know what to do.

Is there another method of communication that you can think of that would be easier for you besides email?

Would it be possible to get someone else to email or call him for you?
