Found it, [spoilers]but I took way to long to do it. I tried to be clever thinking it was the kind of puzzle that if I changed my depth perception it would show up as a larger shape. Then I just looked around and found it pretty quick[spoilers]

Once the ads stopped popping up, the panda was easy to find.

(I had Ad-Block shut off to prevent being Captcha'ed.)

found it once the page stopped shifting.

i was expecting it to be one created by the arrangement of the snowmen's noses, etc like feyokien said.

i found it right was i was going to say "f*** that". so, around 30 seconds.

^^ Yeah, the screen DID jump-around alot!!

I found it in seconds, as well----I was really surprised I DID, cuz they were making such a big deal about it, on "The Today Show", that people couldn't find it. They equated it to that episode of "Seinfeld", in which Elaine's boss couldn't find the ship (or, whatever it was); I remember that episode----it was funny!!

On iPad, when I touched the screen to move the page it circled the panda automatically. So that kind of cancelled out that exercise!

Initially, I forgot what a Panda looked liked. Once I found an image of a Panda, I was able to identify it fairly quickly (in < 5 seconds). But, that's probably cheating.

Yeah, I know wha'cha mean, cuz I had to get a panda's head in my mind. I was thinking about the black ears, and they were really slick by putting alot of black circles on there.

I'm wondering now, if this is another some kind of ASDer "talent"----cuz, there were all kinds of people writing to "The Today Show", saying things like: "It can't be found", "It's not there", "I've been looking for over an hour, and STILL don't see it".

I was always pretty good at finding Wally.
And the words just kind of jump out at me in find-a-words.

When I first looked at the picture, I thought I saw a bunch of pandas (ears, eyes, nose, etc.). I then realized I could not remember the precise characteristics of a panda - 2 black ears, 2 black eyes, 1 black nose. What I had thought were pandas, were close, but not exact representations. Then, when I realized what the precise characteristics were, it was rather easy to scan the picture and identify the 'hidden' panda. I use the same process when solving "word finder" puzzles (which are also fun).

I imagine that these type of puzzles are easy for people who are good at seeing patterns.
