I used to drink a lot of black tea (English Breakfast and Russian Earl Grey) but mostly drink green tea nowadays, preferably citrus flavoured.

Sleepytime tea. I use two teabags per cup. I don't sip it, after I finish steeping it I add cold water to cool it down enough so I can chug it in one gulp. I am just interested in the calming effects of the tea, not the taste or the experience of having a tea.
