http://www.astrosage.com/free/sade-sati-report.asp

it asks for your time of birth but that isnt really necessary
you can just type in any time and it should still get the same calculations

The results table will look something like this:

1 Small Panoti Sc December 21, 1984 May 31, 1985
2 Small Panoti Sc September 17, 1985 December 16, 1987
3 Sade Sati Pi June 02, 1995 August 09, 1995 Rising
4 Sade Sati Pi February 17, 1996 April 17, 1998 Rising
5 Sade Sati Ar April 18, 1998 June 06, 2000 Peak
6 Sade Sati Ta June 07, 2000 July 22, 2002 Setting
7 Sade Sati Ta January 09, 2003 April 07, 2003 Setting
8 Small Panoti Ca September 06, 2004 January 13, 2005
9 Small Panoti Ca May 26, 2005 October 31, 2006
10 Small Panoti Ca January 11, 2007 July 15, 2007
11 Small Panoti Sc November 03, 2014 January 26, 2017
12 Small Panoti Sc June 21, 2017 October 26, 2017

Sade Sati means 7 and a half in sanskrit
It is a 7 and a half year period of difficulties and times of depression

From the above graph you can see that I went through it from 1995-2003

Small Panoti is a 2 and a half year period ,

The first Small Panoti after Sade Sati isnt that bad, but will give some depression
The Second Small Panoti after Sade Sati is really bad.

If you look at the date at the end of Sade Sati (for me is was 2003) you may notice your life changed a lot around that time.

No.

Astrology depends on the gullibility of believers, and the tendency for people to focus on the "hits" rather than the "misses", even when the "misses" vastly outnumber the "hits".

In other words, it relies on the confirmation bias.

That's the term, alright!

Confirmation Bias: A type of selective thinking whereby one tends to notice and to look for what confirms one's beliefs, and to ignore, not look for, or undervalue the relevance of what contradicts one's beliefs. This tendency to give more attention and weight to data that support our beliefs than we do to contrary data is especially pernicious when our beliefs are little more than prejudices.

Astrology is a bunch of nonsense, the stars and other planets are not aware of our existence at all, and if we died they'd just go on that way.

Well it's fun for a little entertainment , but I would not rely on it for anything, especially major decisions in life.

^ Because even wall street has victims of confirmation bias. They might be experts in finance, but they aren't perfect humans by any means.

I'm not even going to begin going into astrology, I hate it with a passion.

In another forum I used, women said how they seem to PMS when there's a full moon. Maybe the full mood has a gravity affect or something on them. Some women get more depressed when their PMSing(my current girlfriend & my two ex's do/did)

Depression can be predicted quite confidently to occur somewhere around the time you realize you've been ripped off.

Because they know that millions of investors follow astrology religiously, and that if the Wall Street financiers can predict how those investors will behave, they can get rich(er) in a very short time.

Mr. Reagan left quite a mess, didn't he?

Since when was any woman ever truthful to a man regarding her menstrual cycle? The fact that SOME women have confirmation bias in this regard weakens the credibility of their claims. The fact that your report is second-hand weakens it even further.

that is an eye-openingly novel take on it [your first point] :o and I don't believe America has enough remaining time to undo the damage done by Ronnie Raygun and his crowd.

If I know that one of my poker buddies is going to bluff more at our next game because his horoscope told him to "Take acceptable risks", then I am going to be sure to call his bluffs more often, especially when the stakes are high!

I suppose if I naturally thought like that at all, I'd be in a different station in life than I am. so whether or not one actually "believes" in astrology, it is still useful at least for dealing with those who do believe in it.
