When I imagine for example an innocent puppy or dog in general getting beaten or cruelly treated by its owner it makes me not angry but causes me to cry a lot.

Could you guess why that would make me turn into a crying wreck?

Seems to be hyper sensitivity with emotions acting up, I cry at animal stuff as well, I can't handle it. Dogs are so loyal and love you more than anything so it's sad when things happen like that. The world is cruel and animals that are treated like that are normally because the owner has a mental health problem, I mean why else would you abuse something?

It's sad because you can't do anything about it I guess.

Because you feel badly for the dog or cat getting beaten up. You feel empathy.

How can you not feel for a person, animal, or anything being abused for no reason?

Yes and it would only be a guess.

Extreme anger toward the person responsible.

Recalling a past incident

Imagery including mental images and media elicit stronger responses than in reality or real time/life

None of the above. :?:
