LOL....I know what you mean.

They don't mean the person who purchases the blanket or pillow. They mean the people who manufacture them and deliver them to stores.

Anyway....if it's a feather pillow, you probably shouldn't pull off the tag, anyway; otherwise, there'll be feathers everywhere!

Those usually say something about "except by consumer" or something, meaning if you purchased the item, it's okay, they just can't remove the tag at the store before they sell it to you :wink:
