Do people here go to Disneyland? I used to LOVE going there, but it's too expensive now & I don't want to go by myself. If did go there, what are your fave rides?

A loooooong time ago (summer after grade 11) I went to one while I was in Japan. It was fun, but the crowds drove me nuts; so many people. I can't really pick out a particular ride as it's been so long, but the haunted mansion was neat. :)

These days though, I'd rather be out and away from crowds.

We went last year. It was nearly $100 per person just to get in, plus another $50 each for a day's worth of meals. My favorite rides are Haunted Mansion and Pirates of the Carribean.

I've never been to Disneyland or Disney World or anywhere else outside of my own country. Of course I wanted to when I was a kid. Every kid wanted to go there. But I was scared of planes. I still am. My parents fly down south somewhere once or twice a year now. But I stay behind because If I can't take an hour-long ferry boat ride being surrounded by nothing but ocean without having an anxiety attack, then how can I handle being a million feet up in the air? :(

Plus so many people now say Disneyland is evil and run by Nazis. But maybe they're just really cynical and joyless, the critics I mean.

I been to Disney World a couple times as a kid & I did not like it. I hated traveling, crowds, & I wasn't interested in lots of the rides partly because I got motion-sickness.

I been going to Disneyland since I was a toddler. I forgot when I stopped going there maybe I stopped around in 2000.

My fave rides are Pirates of the Carribean & the Haunted Mansion, when I was 8, I got scared in the dark in the Haunted Mansion in the elevator. I got to stay in the Disneyland hotel that was so cool.
