Tubing: Heck yeah.

My 14 year old brother and I are huge fans of tubing. We are quite competitive about it, telling the person driving the boat to make it a crazier ride until one of us falls off and we keep score of who who fell off first each time. The next day my hands are always very sore.

I did tubing once and by the end of it I was not a fan. It may have just been in this particular situation that the water level was lower than usual, so we kept getting stuck on rocks and other stuff. And we took longer than we were supposed to to get to the end, so by the time it was over I just didn't care about tubing ever again.

Never been rafting.
