Do you celebrate your birthday still? My birthday is in August, at least it's over 4 months away.

I celebrate my birthday. I don't have a party, but I do get together with family. My birthday is in August too. What date is yours?

agh mine is in august too, horror!! ! every year I wish that nobody but my mum and brother remembers it.

It's an excellent occasion for unwanted, irrelevant and unconfortable social interactions. IT's the most stupid thing. Everybody has to text you something random, just because they have to, you have to answer just cause you have to, whenever you meet someone has to kiss you and hug you, and occassionally make you a present, when we both now it's a problem for the person who makes the present cause he/she doesn't know what to give, and for me cause I have to fake that I like it, when the truth is that no one except my brother and mother knows what I like. Not to mention that you are meant to be happy and have a great time (what it's difficult specially when you feel that you are losing your youth).

Party ¬¬ .

i never really had a party for my birthday but I did get gifts as a kid & cake. Sense I became an adult, I get money from my parents & I did get a cake till I moved away from them. My girlfriend bakes me a cake now & buys me something I tell her I want but that's about it for my celebrating.

I don't mind receiving gifts and cakes, but I don't want a party in any involving occasions especially if it's about me.

I'll be 21... On May--

Of course I feel terrible if I'm the centre of a party, and I wouldn't celebrate my BD, but all those situations I mentioned happen even if I try to keep as a secret that I have BD.

I celebrate my birthdays, still. I always will, I think.

I don't really like parties, though.
