We all have smells we can't stand, but what are smells you really like?

One of my favorites: Nag Champa incense. Always calms me down when I smell it.

VANILLA.

Also, books! I've found that different books have different smells, and the older the book is, the stronger the smell. *imagines*

"When was this book made?"
"*sniff*" 1963, paperback, made from Willow tree. It was producing fruit at the time."
" 8O "

Aaaaaa yeah ... I really like that one, too. It is calming, not too stong, an ... errr ... just nice.

I also really like the smell of freshly washed clothes .. when they've been washed with fabric softener (comfort)

.......... I also like the smell of petrol :?

Nag Champa is good - but I seem to be getting more sensitive & don't use it much anymore. Mown grass. Clean clothes (doesn't happen often enough - why don't they just wash themselves  ?) Citrus scents.

I like the smell when rain falls on dry soil after a few hot days.
