What are some commercials you used to like when you were younger.

For me, I really liked the old Klondike bar commercials, especially the jingle "what would you do for a Klondike bar".

Here's one that I like, from 1994:

Now there's a new pop invasion. - They played the messed-up version, by Van Halen.
Crisp...dry...purple.
Schweppes's Grape Ginger-ale...The New British Pop

I drank a lot of grape ginger-ale, because of that one commercial, that year, and it tasted good.

I used to like some of those Oxo adverts with the Oxo fsmily back in the 1970's and 80's. One in particular was the ad when the father put a tray of sausages on the kitchen table and shouted bangers and the kids ducked under the table and the girl screamed. That made me laugh..

All that comes to mind is a very old Wendy's commercial, about a Soviet fashion show, where everything looks exactly alike... This predates 'Where's the Beef'...

the tag line was 'Next! Svimvear!"...

Commercials used to be great! There are so many good ones that I could post, but the ones that I remember the most are GAP commercials and beer commercials. I haven't seen them in a while and when I found them for this thread I see there are a few faces that I recognize from other shows now.
