This is NOT an April Fool's joke even though it's ironic that the mount of time we have left before April Fool's Day is not much before the government no longer accepts comments on whether the DMCA has done more harm than good being how dated it is. Washington might be trolling with this small window of opportunity. Who knows?

If you have more than one email each under a different name. I'd rank up those numbers because the RIAA and MPAA are building opposition because why wouldn't they? And their opposition is the same: just some sob-story that makes a free and open internet look bad.

Everyone knows that online Fair Use and remixing of copyrighted material is actually free marketing for copyright owners, but we need your comments to prove it.
