or females for that matter, ive gained almost 10 pounds and now weigh 164! this is terrible, the heaviest ive ever been was 180 and that was just awful i remember feeling like a fat pig. part of the problem is i have been on the internet for almost a month only getting up to go to the bathroom and eat, i guess ive done that because ive never had my own computer, and always used the computerlab at the library. well that is changing tomorrow god i feel so fat i cant believe this, its better to be skinny :D

also exercising is addicting, once i start i cant stop :P

Exercise is not addicting. Exercise is hard work and not fun. And I solved the problem of having to get up to go to the bathroom and eat by putting a computer and a minifridge in my bathroom. :D

On a related note, I wear size 34 pants, and today I did not wear a belt. My pants kept falling down. :(

Not sure. I'm 6"1 and 146 lbs right now. I used to be 138 but lately I've succumbed to the horrors of depression-induced icreacream consumption.

I was addicted to exercise.

It depends on your build, how fit you are, how tall you are, ect.

I'm short but broad, 34 waist and weigh 180 but I look 130.

I think 146 is very light for a male that height. Most women of my height weight that (5'10) or more.
Personal choice, I suppose. Prefer a male with a bit of power behind him rather than a pipe cleaner.

I’m 185 cm. which is ah…six one like the dude above. I’m 95-98 kg., which is ah…210-220 pounds.

My mother says I'm like a bear...but I still see myself as that little four year old boy.

Your weight does not seem that high for your height. It must be you have a higher percent body fat that is adding bulk to parts of your body. So exercise would be helpfull.

I honestly say that I'm 5-4 and I weigh 212 lbs. It doesn't bother me, because I'm on a healthy eating plan, and I know that my body will shed the amount of weight that's right for my frame. I've started out at 220 lbs, and I've lost 8 lbs. The best part about this site, is that I can bluntly say that I will let my body go down to the weight that it wants to be at, and that I refuse to be a slave to those old-fashioned weight charts that are segregated by gender. I might always be the big rebel with the big heart. All that matters is that I still keep trying to lose the weight. At least I'll be very healthy with all the healthy foods that I'm eating. :)

Well, I look at it like this: I was 180 pounds when I was diagnosed 4 years ago. I now weigh 145 pounds and am 5'6" with a large frame, and I'm still too heavy for what I need. I'm going to be doing SCCA autocross racing in the limited stock category, meaning I can add a more efficient air cleaner and run premium gasoline, and I can only cut the car's weight by removing things like spare tires, floor mats, and my body weight.I'm trying to get down to 120 pounds, nutritionists be damned (I have been warned that this is about 15 pounds too light for my size)!

I'm 1.82 and 74 ish kilos.
I think thats roughly 6 foot and 150 pounds ?
Seems like you have an alright weight.
I've had the problem of drinking lot's of beer and eating lots of greecy stuff in winter time.
I also tend to only get a fraction of my summer excersize in the winter.
You end up with a not so tight belly at the start of the summer.

So i went on a small diet and dit pushups and situps alot.
Whilst at the same time quitting junkfood and drinking less alcohol.
It's like summer winter cycle that repeats itself every year lol.

Anyone know his weight in kilos? I know his height in metres (about 1.82), but what's 146 lbs in kilos?
