Pretty much any self-help or psychology book for people with depression, ironically. It's as if they want to make you depressed if you're not already, or more so, by telling you what a major epidemic depression is and how women seem to get it worse or more often than men, although men are more likely to turn to substances to relieve their misery, and it reminds you how society believes people are somehow at fault for their depression and they should just get over it, which just adds to the guilt and anxiety, and then it tells you the medical reasons for depression like a chemical imbalance but I know the real cause depression is "reality". :(

And then usually they advise you to take some kind of prescription drug which they talk about as if it's miracle cure. I always hated that and it makes me feel sick the way they go on and never mention all the side effects that prescribed drugs gave me that made me barely able to function at all when I was actually able to before being put on them, and I usually suffered for several weeks or more because other people thought the side effects would just go away, and they didn't. Stupid. :x

Three off the top of my head, Pet Sematary by Stephen King, The Fall of the House of Usher by edgar allan poe and Lord of the Flies by Golding, that last one is one of the heaviest things you can ever experience, it's horrific in many ways.

I don't usually read depressing books because the last thing I need is more depression. Instead I'll be reading Dr. Seuss out loud to clear my head.
