Well, he could. But that's not to say that many other fictional characters couldn't. Every work of fiction is the result of real people.

Its theme is a super genius with dyspraxia, and unlimited access to acme supplies can not defeat the NT cute athletic jock.

My dictionary says that "dyspraxia" is another word for "apraxia", which means inability to perform particular purposive actions, as a result of brain damage. That doesn't seem to fit Wile E, and I don't see it fitting aspies either. I have Asperger's but never had brain damage and I can perform particular purposive actions.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dyspraxia

Its a neurologic condition often comoribid with AS.

Oh according to the artical dyspraxia and "Developmental dyspraxia" is usually used in the UK to mean the same thing. I heard of it from UK sources so I mean "Developmental dyspraxia"

Well people with AS often are said to be very smart but with no common since. But in the case of W.E.C if you have watched his cartoons obsessively you will see more often than not his plans are quite good. The animators change the laws of physic to make him lose, or show a clumsy dyspraxic error that has nothing to do with intelligence.

Like all his different plans that involve horizontal locomotion by the use of high-powered rockets (often with explosive discharge)?

Wikipedia is just a step up from a BBS. I wouldn't use it to cite anything.
