She has one eye that keeps getting crusted over and has very runny poop. She seems to have no energy and keeps sleeping all day. My parents refuse to pay for my kitten so I'm in charge but I don't have the money to take her to the vet so can anyone tell me what's wrong?

She needs to go to the vet. It's hard to say what's wrong without having a vet examine her. The runny poop and sleeping a lot could be a sign of a serious illness or intestinal parasite, or it could be as simple as a food allergy. The crusty eye is likely a bacterial infection, and can be easily treated with a relatively cheap ($10-15) prescription ointment from the vet. But she needs to go to the vet to the get the eye ointment, make sure there isn't anything else wrong with the eye, and find out what is going on with the rest of her. Kittens can go downhill fast and need to get to the vet asap if they are sick like this, especially if you notice them sleeping way too much, not eating, or having diarrhea (could lead to dehydration).

She probably just needs to get dewormed and get some eye ointment. Both of those things can only be obtained from the vet. Those are pretty common problems for kittens, but you still have to go to the vet.

I agree. Take her to vet. I've had a kitten go downhill overnight and die within 24 hours when I thought it was nothing much wrong.

The goopy eye if it was the only symptom would suggest conjuntivitis. My calico got that once. The vet said she was probably snooping under the bed and got some dust in her eye that started the whole thing. The vet told me to rinse her eyes with the pet saline eyedrops and then she gave her a prescription eye ointment to clear up the infection. You can get the pet eyedrops at Walmart. Make darn sure you get eye drops and not ear drops!! But the ointment is prescription only and is important you get it if she has an eye infection. If your cat has conjunctivitis its also suggested to vacuum and dust the rooms she plays and sleeps in. Yes the vet said I needed to go home and vacuum when my cat had conjuntivitis because she said it was obvious she had bad allergies to dust.

The fact she is lethargic is worrisome especially for a kitten. She could have a virus or bacteria infection or some parasite. Has she been sneezing? Is her nose cool and moist like a healthy cat? Dripping noses can be allergy or respiratory infections. Dry & hot noses on a cat mean she is feeling really sick. Get a piece of cottonball and very gently rub in her ears. If there's black goop it usually means earmites. Yellow or green runny earwax/discharge denotes ear infection. If she has that she will need antibiotics.

Is she eating her normal amount of food? If she isn't that's a major sign to get her to the vet ASAP when she is also having the other symptoms you listed.

I agree with the above. Take your kitten to the vet. Such symptoms in a kitten can quickly become an emergency if not treated. A kitten who is inactive and doesn't play could have distemper. That could become quickly fatal to the kitten and infect other cats in the house, if they aren't vaccinated.

I wish the best for you and your kitten.
