I can't stand that feeling. That's why I try not to drink anything after dinner.

Yeah, it's no fun. Sometimes I just roll over and sleep on, and then I wake up having to go so badly that my stomach aches. Sometimes I'm so sleepy I nearly fall asleep there. When it's cold it sure feels good to return to my still warm duvet though!

I hate it too. I started taking a med for overactive bladder because I started doing that regularly. The med helps some but I still have to do that some.

Yes! That happens to me multiple times a night, and I can't stand it.

I have a jug next to my bed (with a lid on it) that I pee into when I wake up in the middle of the night and have to pee which can be a few times a night (used to be up to 15 times a night). I can do it in the pitch dark so it doesn't disrupt falling back to sleep. I am on the top floor and the next closest washroom is one floor down but it is really, really cold, so I would have to go the basement instead which has a heater in it. I can walk into the basement without lights and any lights turned on makes it hard to fall back asleep. My solution seems to work just fine.

I hate it, but I'm used to it. I usually wake up around 5am every night.

I can't go back to sleep if I wake up with a full bladder, unless I'm really tired enough to fall back asleep again straight away. I have a fear of peeing the bed, which is why I make sure I fall asleep with an empty bladder. I know I haven't peed the bed since I was a baby but I still fret about it. I worry that if I dream about having a wee I might actually do it in my sleep (although this has never actually happened).

Yes, and it's really uncomfortable. Last month, I was sick and between the coughing and having to get up to pee once an hour, I got no sleep whatsoever.

Guys sometimes have that problem because of BPH(Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia) & sometimes people in general have that problem because of OAB(Overactive Bladder) & there's treatments available for both causes. It's woth taking to a doctor about it if you've been having it for a while & it's a frequent thing.
