Black People can suntan get darker in the sun darker shades

Hello my question is since Black People can suntan get darker in the sun darker shades my question is can a Black Person who is brown skinned or deep or dark brown skinned light or dark brown like Spike Lee could get black skinned in the sun if they tan long enough when I say black skinned I mean as black skinned as Wesley Snipes or Marcus Garvey or other Black People in America Europe or Africa thank for your time ?

I've known several very dark-skinned black people and I never noticed them tanning. It probably does happen though but not too visibly due to their skin already being very dark. Lighter-skinned black people and those of mixed race can tan quite dark.

Fact: Dark-skinned black people don't require any suncream.
