Ok so we've got some snow and cold weather, for a couple days here and there, but for the most part mild weather and not much precipitation, it is interesting. I already see insects coming out from the winter and its early February not even March.

Of course the one actually cold snowy week we had that wasnt just a snow storm that melted over the next couple days is when our heater decided to go out...so we had a couple cold days with no heat and now all this ridiculously out of season weather.

I think we're getting your usual winter weather in Langley with all that snow.

My parents live in Louisiana & they've been having record breaking heat most of the winter. I visited them for a couple weeks in the begging & middle of February & I was in shorts most every day. It was in the 80s one day with high humidity. There were a few bad snow storms in Vermont while I was gone that I missed out on so that was good timing.

Same here,we had a few cold snaps but it was mostly warmer than ususal. The peeper frogs were out off and on all winter.Even bullfrogs out on Febuary. The news said we are 29 days ahead on spring.I hope that doesn't mean that summer will be early and hotter than the hubs of Hell. All my fruit trees are in bloom. The redbud is starting to bloom and it shouldn't do that till early April.Even the ticks are out,big fat dog ticks already on the dogs.I usually don't have to start treating them till April. We got some rain but are in drought conditions. The other day the air was full of smoke,I think from a big wildfire in Norman,OK.
