Daylight Savings Time starts Sunday, March 12-way too soon. I haven't slept well lately and I don't look forward to losing another hour of sleep.

DST is in many countries. Starts 26 March in the UK.

I think it's because the jurisdiction chose not to do it. Some countries and territories don't, especially ones not affected by overly long/short days.
