I wouldn't mind having a soul. It would be interesting.

Some religions (Jainism, etc) believe there is a soul and the body is but a vessel for it. They believe the soul is the essence of a being and its size and shape are boundless and undying. I've been pondering the existence of a soul for some time. Specifically, I wonder if some animals can see the goodness or badness of a person, as if they can see one's aura. I've been conducting an experiment. Over the past year I've noticed that some animals (dogs, cats and ducks) don't fear me and are, in fact, drawn to me whereas they shun and run from other people. It makes me curious to know if they can see someone's good or bad soul, or vibes, or aura and respond accordingly. So far I've had 5 animals respond this way. I think the more this happens the closer I'll come to believing that there is a soul which we can't see but animals can. Only time will tell.

No one does but I guess it depends on the definition of "soul".

I forgot to mention that I been called an "old soul" before & I've also been referred to as a soul ie. "Your the only soul who understands". But I don't think this counts as me having a soul.

I can't answer without knowing what a soul is. I don't feel any need to go out of my way to incorporate a concept called "soul" into my worldview, apparently for its own sake, much like gods. I like things as simple as they can be---but no simpler, as Einstein said.

Were I to give a serious answer, yes, I believe that humans are comprised of both body and soul. Therefore, we don't so much as "have" a soul as we ARE a soul. I also believe that the soul separates from the body after death, but I sure as heck don't have idea what happens from there.

There's no such thing. It was only made up to scare kids, like the Boogie Man or Michael Jackson. :)
