I went thru a stressful situation it's been more thank a week and since then I'm not being able to sleep properly, I lay in bed and I feel very agitated, so I walk around the house, go to computer or something else, and I spent most of night like this, by the morning I can sleep a few hours, then I wake up, and sleep a bit more again, every time I'm falling asleep I feel like I'm falling and wake up very scared

That could be an "amygdala hijacking" that has set a new pattern that should be broken ASAP. Sleeping medicine is a terrible habit, but a once-per-season average for emergencies might be OK. Remind yourself that you are as safe as possible now, and can take much better care of yourself when rested, so worry won't help at all; letting go will. All the usual advice about trying to maintain a schedule, avoiding screen time before bed, using warmer lights and calming music, etc. is very helpful. Lavender oil can help, too. Can you re-engage with something from younger, happier days before bedtime? When nothing else is working, I try meditating as much as possible, however badly, and often get a lot of mini-naps in, at least.
