It seems fitting to have a discussion thread devoted to random thoughts in the.................WP 'Random Discussion Forum.'

Over the last few months, the COVID pandemic has changed our lives - that is the current times are ripe for the expression of random thoughts.

One common thing many of us are facing is familiar to the Autism Spectrum - brain fog. The story,(LINK) 'Coping with COVID Stress: From Pandemic Brain Fog to Resilience' seems to draw parallels as to why we may feel the needs to express random thoughts.

Because they can't get as easily out of your mouth and infect others once you are wearing a facial mask. :mrgreen:
No it's just a part of the abstract thinking that your brain uses to solve problems.

After looking at the first few pages of the 'Random Discussion Forum' - one or two (sometimes more) discussion threads "jump-out so to speak!"

Two examples:

* 'Misread thread-titles.'
* and my favorite, 'Bring Me the Finest Puns Known to Humanity.'

I sense common threads here: Opportunities to laugh, to be enlightened, and learn something new. Go figure!
