im trying to loose weight an i have not eaten anything today. exept drink

Yeah quite a lot recently.
Although I have actually been eating. Just not as much, and nothing healthy.

you can go without foods as jesus went without foods for like months. water is a different story

Food input has almost nothing to do with weight. By staving yourself, you'll simply slow your metabolism.. when you do begin to eat again you'll GAIN weight. Bad idea.

Want to lose weight quick? Put on three layers of sweats and do the following:
Three sets of:
- 15 minutes running
- 15 minutes biking
- 15 minutes step/climbing

They have machines for the aforementioned at any gym. You'll sweat your fat out on the spot. In addition, cardio and arobics are great (and healthy) ways to lose weight.

I eat 8 meals a day. I am thin. Metabolism controls all.

Yeah I get told that.

But my mom called me skinny today, which is a first. I'm used to her telling me to lose weight, and now that I did, she's telling me I'm getting too skinny, and that I should eat more.

I'm lazy and your life doesn't matter to me, so I won't bother supplying any material to prove otherwise. But I'd suggest you research it a bit. It only takes two to three weeks to develop serious problems after starvation.

Yeah but your brain uses like 25% of your energy and it can run only on sugar and if you starve yourself your body can convert protein into a simple sugars your brain can burn. So if you starve it will get that from muscles when stored sugar in the liver is depleted.

You need to eat a minimum amount cals a day to proper lose weight and maintain muscle mass.
