My younger cat Mischief is the king of snuggling. 
I heard the other day that when cats roll over on their back, it's the equivalent of humans giving each other a hug because they're exposing the most delicate part of their body to you. I never thought of hugging being like that before, but I guess it is. Just don't try to give your cat a belly rub like you would a dog.

When a cat roll over on their backs, it's means they are comfortable & they love you
