How do you pronounce the year 2017?

Do you pronounce it as a number "two thousand seventeen" or divide it into "20 17" "twenty seventeen"?

Twenty seventeen.

It's not the 2000s anymore, so I think it would be sort of like saying "one thousand, nine hundred and seventeen" for 1917 if you say "two thousand and..." for the other decades.
