Any Tips on Managing Multiple Gift Cards?

Hai members,
I've got so many gift cards piling up from holidays and birthdays. It's getting hard to keep track. Does anyone have cool ways or tools to keep them sorted? I really don't want to forget about them and waste them.

Also, when do you usually use them? Do you wait for something special, or use them quickly so you don't forget?
