Well just remember not to spend more than you can pay off in full.

Having a credit card is good, but don't buy stuffs that you can't afford as you have to make the payment within a month!

I use my credit card for only emergency time.....

I have a credit card for five months, so far I didn't spend toooo much & I paid it back before the due date, I mostly used my debit card.

I mostly use a rewards card for my daily purchases and pay it off immediately... I keep a low interest card for emergencies or larger purchases I need to split over a couple payments. Just don't abuse it and learn how to make the cards work for you.

I have a couple & I don't keep balances on them. I use them for most all my purchases instead of my debit card so i can get rewards & have a better credit rating. However in about 2008 I ran up alot of debt. I had problems with impulsive spending I think because of the psych meds I was on. I also had medical bills to pay & I lost my job around that time & it took a few months before Social Security started sending me my SSI check again. I put it all on my credit card. Rite around the time I started getting my SSI check again, I got some balance transfer checks in from a credit card that had rewards for the store where I had worked. The balance transfer checks were like 4% for the life of the balance. I transferred all my debt which was close to ten thousand & it took me like 5 years to pay it off.
