The progress has been slow and excruciatingly hard. Holding on to that one reason or goal when there were no other reasons left, or my only reason has been a far off goal that seems impossibly hard – it has been worth it.

I can tell you that this dream has slowly started coming to reality for me, and that I am glad I held out. On days when things are bad again, and I can’t do much or can’t work as much, I spend that time planning my next steps and what I will do when I feel better.

I clicked on your post, for it's inspiring title. And, because it was you who posted it. I have happened upon your posts, and you seem a very nice person. Anyway, I've only read the first bit of the article/blog post, so, I am off to read it in it's entirety...

I keep dreaming, and keep having my dreams crushed :cry: Can't find my reason, either, no matter how hard I try. I've come to the conclusion that my only purpose in being here is to prepare myself for the afterlife - that maybe I'll have some sort of important role there that I need to be ready for.

I have decided to keep dreaming, even though some of my dreams may not come true. I will keep working toward the future. I started a bit late, but it's better than never having a chance at all.
