I adopted this little girl and she is 15 years old but mentally 2 years old and autistic. Her parents died December 22nd and her aunt died January 5th. She won't eat, drink, or sleep.

I would have her see a psych & get advice from them about how to get her to eat, drink & sleep. It's possible some of the issues are because she's adjusting to a new environment & the trauma of losing people.

Poor kid. Loss upon loss, does she have any family left at all?
