Can any one look at the statistics for cardiac arrests. Diabetes, Alzheimer's obesity and correlate them with the drinking water. Hard or soft. Calcium to magnesium ratio. Please

Ok, I need to ask. Why would you come to a website dedicated to autism expecting to find an expert statistician? Did I just feed a troll?

I'm not a statistician, but I haven't heard of a relation between calcium or magnesium to those conditions. If one has been found, it hasn't been real well publicized. You know that both calcium and magnesium are needed, but that there can be such a thing as too much calcium--and if we didn't eat so much excess protein, we wouldn't excrete so much calcium and need as much calcium in our diet.

They say that calcium and magnesium ideally should be had in the right proportion to eachother.

What I have heard about is a convincing correlation between obesity and excess calories. ...and junk-food, soda, etc, and sedentary lifestyle.

And I've read that diabetes has been linked to saturated-fat in the diet. ...and to obesity. Saturated-fat has also been mentioned in connection with athersclerosis.

So, to avoid obesity and diabetes, then might it be a good idea to not consume too many calories, and to minimize saturated-fat and be less sedentary?
