Well, it just came randomly to me, but I thought I'd post a thread about cheese.
----
I LOVE cheese! :D It just tastes awesome with so many foods, or by itself as a snack. My faves are cheddar, gouda, pepper jack, American.... to name a few. :D

Oooh, is this a thing? I love it too. Cheddar and Colby and Jack, oh my :-). Swiss too and oh mozzarella.

Melted on toasted whole wheat bread. A feast!

And Roquefort on crackers. (For heaven's sakes, now I'm hungry. :-) )

I love cheese. Mexicana is probably my favourite. Cranberry cheese is also great. So are continental smoked cheeses. Further afield, halloumi goes great in a falafel and paneer makes a mean curry.

I like cheese OK. I went to Cabot Creamery with my parents & girlfriend. Cabot makes a lot of different cheeses & I tried most of em. The 1s I really liked were Smokey Bacon, Habanero, & Spicy Buffalo.

I like every kind of cheese except for Swiss. It tastes bitter to me. My favorite kinds of cheese are Provolone and Muenster.

Put cheese on a plate and microwave it until it goes all brown and crunchy.
Mmmm.

I love cheese! Especially cheese on pizza and in grilled cheese sandwiches and on nachos. I also like to eat slices of marble cheddar on top of apple slices or crackers.

I wonder why sharp cheddar pizza isn't more common outside of Scotland?

Oh wait, not that kind? Oops.

Just nobody cut the cheese, okay?

In all seriousness, I do quite enjoy cheese, but I'm picky about what kinds. I love provolone and mozzarella. I like Parmesan, but only if it's shredded, not crumbled. I like cheddar for certain things. Colby jack is okay, but has to be in something else to cover up some aspect to the flavor that I don't like. I much prefer melted cheese, I'm not a huge fan of it cold.

Love bleu cheese crumbled or in dressing on salads.

Really like to add Feta to my breakfast scrambled eggs or when it's in any 'Greek' Omelette.

the vivid taste of parmesan
the mellow taste of brie
the depth of an aged stilton
please leave a slice for me

with green grapes and crisp crackers
which must be wafer thin
a finely aged oaked chardonnay
oh let the tastes begin
