Is frozen greek yogurt healthier than ice cream?

It would have more protein, and probably less sugar.

It depends on the brand. A lot of food companies try to trick you into thinking something is healthier when it really isn't. Some frozen yogurt has more fat and calories than ice cream. I don't really know which brands, though. It's been a long time since I bought frozen yogurt.

Depends on the ice cream and depends on the yogurt. Yasso bars definitely are.

I have 2 kinds of Yasso frozen greek yogurt, chocolate mint chip & chocolate fudge. I also have 3 kinds of ice cream, I wanted to stock up cuz of summer, I ordered groceries online
