^ if you go to your channel and enter "edit channel" you get an option to "update to the new beta channel feature" - if you do that then you get to see the new stuff.
Luckily you can change it back to your old channel but I just fear I will be forced to have the beta in the future no matter if I want it or not...

I confess I'm going to watch the last two parts of an 'Intervention' episode, and perhaps 20 minutes of something lighter (e.g. a cartoon or some chick flick type series) and then get to bed as well...
hopefully I'll fall asleep on time.

I confess mammograms are seriously uncomfortable and ow they can hurt... why do the techs have to be so rough? Even for a female one.
