I've been easy to scare my whole life. I often flinch when people next to me make sudden movements, and sometimes I'll scream like there was murder if a loud noise catches me off guard. When I'm near my older brother or father, I'm always a little nervous that they'll poke me or something, and they like to make fun of me for it.

Sort of, yes. I've been startled before by voices that weren't even yelling.

Your dad and brother make me growly. I don't like it when people do things so they can laugh at you.

For me it depends on the situation, the time of day (night can be much more scary), and my mood. I would say I startle just a bit more than average.

I have always been calm. I am not startled by much
People jumping out at me = no (I may react violently from reflex, but my adrenaline does not rise)
Fire crackers or guns = no
Large unexpected explosions = yes

I can be startled easily but it's not as bad as it used to be. Some of it might could be related to PTSD, anxiety issues, & focus issues.

Sometimes, but only if I am preoccupied with something else, and so distracted with a hobby or chore that even normal talking voices startle me.
