You and I could start a club! Lol... except I do like to eat the cakes I make, but not a whole cake. At this point I probably wouldn't be able to even if I tried, but mostly I'm just worried about how unhealthy it would be... and I live alone so there's no one else to eat them unless I make them for my birthday. Can't take them to work either since we don't have a proper break room... I've been thinking of making an Easter cake soon, but who's gonna eat it? Would be too big for me alone and the idea I want to try is the type that can't just be put in to the freezer... I suppose I need to call my dad over on that day if the cake is a success.
All that said, I don't make cakes often. I have many ideas I'd like to try, but the ingridents cost, so... I'd like to make cakes at my mom's place with her ingridents (she wouldn't mind since there's always someone there who'd eat them and I don't go over that often), but it's harder there because I can't memorize what's where because things are never in the same places in her kitchen and she'd keep bothering me, telling me to do this and that. Baking is not fun when I can't think things through on my own.
