Boris has been playing the long game. Hes been working his game very well and is associated with some very unsavoury characters.
I do not trust any of the tory party in the slightest. They honestly do not seem to have a clue about the reality of life in britain. Boris is already employing trumpian tactics and it scares me.
If my ex was willing i would grab my partner, my ex and my son and get out of the UK very very quickly. But i cannot leave them behind so here i am, hoping that things wont be as monumental a disaster as i can forsee.
The whole brexit debacle is a scam. A slim majority, swayed by lies and by underhanded targeted media by the leave campaign through companies like cambridge analytica. The fact no one has nullified the result of the referendum despite knowing it was fixed it appalling.
Basically, we're knackered.

Bhawk... a lot of people think the same way you do. I do and I know a lot of others. We are led to believe there is a vast army of Daily Mail readers who will be utterly betrayed if we don't have a disastrous no deal brexit... when in fact it's all being pushed through by a tiny minority of the elite.

I guess my cards were wrong. I thought they were predicting good things in store for the UK... :?

Maybe I could try again with Tarot cards? All my previous predictions were kinda half-assed anyways. Although some were eerily accurate...

Well I wouldn't call myself an expert on it. It's a recent hobby I picked up. But I seriously believe in it. Some of my predictions have been so accurate it was scary. Like once I did scrying with a bowl of water and candle wax and saw a vision of auntblabby falling down and getting hurt. That's exactly what happened to him a week later! 8O I also once did a card reading with playing cards and I pulled the Ace of Spades (the 'Death' card) the day before my grandfather passed away in hospice...

So yes, I believe in that stuff. Lol!

A card spread I did for both President Trump and Prime Minister Borris.

I used the King of Wands to equal Trump, and the King of Pentacles to equal Borris.

6 of Cups. A boy is handing a girl a cup of flowers (they could also be dwarves/gnomes). A man with a spear in the background guards the boy and girl. There is a shield carving. Symbolizing protection of the innocent and vulnerable (maybe it represents us Aspies? :chin: ).

7 of Pentacles. A disgruntled farmer is tending a bush with his hoe. I believe this represents the American farmers effected by Trump's tariff wars.

8 of Swords. A woman is being bound and blindfolded like she's being punished. Perhaps the new laws trying to strip away the rights of women? Women right now feel as if they are being oppressed by the system.

Justice. This represents the legal system, for both the US and UK.

What Trump aka The King of Clubs has to say: 10 of Wands. A blonde man with a bunch of sticks gathered in his hands. Preparing to build a wall across a border to keep people out?

What Borris aka King of Pentacles has to say: The Page of Cups. A man holding a fish (fish and chips? Lol sorry... :  :fish:) and wearing a blue and red outfit with water lilies. The blue and red could symbolize the flag of Britain, water lilies are flowrrs with weak roots. Maybe he won't last long as prime minister?

Additional Answers: 8 of Pentacles. A man with a hammer and chisel working on round pentacles. This could represent the working class in both the US and the UK.

That's what my cards say. :)

Actually, I think the weak roots of the water lilies really symbolizes brexit. The UK will become unrooted. :(

From the news today I feel Corbyn has made a monumental blunder (just the one?) Install him as temporary PM and he will sort brexit out and call a general election. I'm sure that will unite the Tories behind blundering Boris like nothing else. And why should we have another unelected PM? We've got one of those already. Democracy has gone to sh*t.

Labour need to grow a pair and definitely state whether they are for remain or brexit... but Corbyn is a dead duck in any case

Soooo.... according to my cards, Trump's main focus is building that stupid wall to keep out immigrants, and Borris' main focus is on brexit. Right? :?

It is mostly right... Boris' main focus is Boris, but brexit is his chosen vehicle.

I feel the same is true for Trump. His main focus is Trump.

Trump's campaign manager: "Do you want to be a president?"

Trump: "No, I want to be THE President."
