Haha, I was really into parkour for a while so I've watched heaps of these kinds of videos.
Don't know about doing it at extreme heights though.
Seems crazy, but they're probably all Russian so they're crazy by default.

I could do a mean corkscrew once.
Not so much now.

I'd die if I tried parkour, even on the ground. There's NO WAY my body could handle that kind of physical activity

even in the army when I was young and relatively healthy, I could never have been that powerfully, explosively flexible. that would have been a recipe for a visit to the ER via ambulance.
