I've been experimenting with avatars as you've seen over the past 10 days. I've had some nice ones and not so nice ones. I would like to use the swastika without being branded by the people in PPR as a Nazi. On the other hand, I think it would be cool to have two sides. Me and an alter ego. I could use things to do with Schultz and Germany and my alter ego can swing in the other half of the time with avatars to do with The Kinks and England. My alter ego can be the Cockney and I will be the Rebel.

What types of avatars would you like to have if there weren't any rules?

My avatars would be very sarcastic and mean and probably advertise my current state of mind or what's pissing me off at the moment , there would be no positivity it would be stuff like this

I used to know a member who used an avatar with a young Amazon woman's nipple showing. I guess a Swastika is pretty mild compared to that.

No. I just don't like how people still call Germans Nazis in 2018.

You could have your German countryball with a Hindu swastika

But why the Nazi symbols? I just want to understand why.

You're not a bad person--I know that. But the Nazi symbols bother me.

My wife's father used to wear a Swastika ring; that bothered me, too. But he didn't understand the symbolism.

Hogan's Heroes was a biting satire on the Nazis. The producers of the show didn't approve of the Nazis; I would say, in fact, that they hated them with a passion. Werner Klemperer, who played Colonel Klink, was a Jew. Robert Clary, who played Corporal LeBeau, was in the French Resistance against the Nazis.

That's right: the Swastika has nothing to do with German heritage; it has more to do with Indian heritage.
