John Howard very inspirational story, shows aspies can be tough as nails.

It's cool because I always was bullied and fantasized about beating up bullies.

I dislike team sports, but admire one on one competition between individuals.

This guy has a fantastic attitude towards his diagnosis & life accomplishments! 8)

Finally an example of someone on the spectrum that I[ can relate to. There are far too many defeatists & far too few achievers out there.

Like him, I've overcome my symptoms and done things in life that most NT's never even do. Now that I'm self aware of my diagnosis, there are strengths and weaknesses I'm going to utilize to do bigger things.

More people here could really benefit from listening to his words & adopting his approach to themselves, IMO. There's a whole lot more that we can do than can't, but far too many on the spectrum focus on the negative.
