I have music playing in my head 24/7 which can include television theme songs and video game music.

More or less, only I have a maximum of 3 different songs playing in my head throughout the day.

My internal dialogues tend to not shut up, but music is rather rare for me. It happens though, and sometimes I have a song on repeat.

There's always one song or another playing in my head.

Ah, yes! The earworm-absolute madness! Usually it's a song I detest, never one I like.

Sometimes I will hear some song or two over and over again. Especially after I listen to some music in the morning. My alarm clock song will stay in my head for at least 5 mins.
But most of the time my head is silent... yet it has vision. Television! I constantly see random pictures, things, places, memories, imaginary future and present. I can play whole "movies" in my head.

Kind of, but my brain won't leave the tuning dial alone. I only get odd snatches of parts of tunes, and sometimes syllables of speech or other real sounds that pop out of a kind of modulated noise. Could be that I have a touch of tinnitus which is masking it much of the time, but I don't recall it ever being any different than that.

I have that too but usually it's a catchy song/beat that I like or liked before it got stuck on my head. I hear it that the most when I'm doing chores like washing the dishes. It's like I get bored & my ADD focuses on it.
