Do you like Easter?

I liked it as a kid because I would get off from school for a week & a day or so, get candy, toys, my parents might hide eggs, & I'd get a good meal. As an adult the only thing I got was the meal which I don't get anymore & I also get candy but that's cuz I buy it myself. My parents did send me & my girlfriend a check too. I never cared for Easter outside of these things & am indifferent to all holidays outside of these reasons.

I remember doing egg coloring and having jelly beans.

Easter is okay. I prefer Christmas. It must be the British in me.

I like all the red days in the calendar (red= not going to school/work days).

As a kid I got Easter eggs filled with delicious chocolate.

These days we still have some treats (for everyone, no Easter eggs). To me Easter now means 'finer' food, some treats and lots of animated movies on TV.

I have never colored eggs or been on egg hunts.

I love Easter, especially as a kid. My brother and I would participate in Easter egg hunts my family would organize. Although I am not a kid anymore, I still like dying Easter eggs and going out for brunch with relatives.

Did I say British? I mean German. I was acting like a jackass at 2 in the morning with my April Fool's prank.

I barely celebrate anything as an adult. If i had a family, i'm sure i would celebrate all holiday.

I remember egg coloring as a kid, my whole family had an Easter party, there were money in plastic eggs or candy.

I guess I like red, gold and green better than spring colours. I like all the chocolate that Easter has to offer.

My family celebrated all of the secularized holidays. My father had a paranoia about sugar and easter was one of the days he went in to overzealous parenting mode out of fear we would eat candy for breakfast.

I don't think he was aware that we ate Pop Tarts and Lucky Charms for breakast.

So we saved our baskets of candy until after our breakfast of Pop Tarts and Lucky Charms.
