Wandered around campus with a friend, Tom, after the beach last night who showed me a couple neat spots I hadn't seen before.. including this whale skeleton that's suspended from a ceiling in some building. It's ~45' long and pretty neat to stop and look at through the windows.

That's a very large boner. I wish I had room for it.

According to my sister, this is a blue whale skeleton in the biodiversity museum at UBC. She's taken my nephew there. I didn't even look for the name of the building last night we were just wandering around campus (Stunningly BEAUTIFUL place!) on a bit of a walking tour of neat spots, stopped for a picnic dinner of Easter leftovers, had a couple beers, checked out a film crew filming some scenes for a reboot TV show about 3 witches called "Charmed," etc. About the last thing on my mind was to find out what type of building the whale bones were hung in we just peered through the windows and then carried on.
