I used to dream but for the last few years there's just nothing. I thought maybe it was because of my gut issues (SIBO) causing nutrient deficiencies but my gut has been healthy for a few months now and I've been taking supplements including B6. I started taking low dose naltrexone to help with gut motility and one of the side effects is vivid dreams. I was looking forward to having dreams again but I only had 2 dreams when I first started taking it and now I'm back to nothing. I read that this can happen with sleep apnea but I asked my boyfriend and he says I don't snore and breathe regularly while sleeping.

Anyone else experience this? Any suggestions?

Probably you're just not waking up during dream cycle. Shaking up your sleep patterns usually helps. Set your alarm a bit earlier.

For two years, I had absolutely no dreams because I got literally (and I mean it) zero sleep.

I went through about a week recently where my sleep was interrupted, but I am starting to dream again. A lot of my dreams are about cats.
