Remembering Mark Bingham 9/11

It's 9/11 and along with all the other fallen, it's a day of remembrance for Mark Bingham, one of the heroes of flight 93.

Mark was also a member of my rugby team, the San Francisco Fog, and was a gay man.

His mom is wonderful, and started the Bingham Cup rugby tournament in his name.

I'm so glad you posted that, duke. A very dear friend of mine was in the towers when they were hit. She wrote an incredible account of what she went through right after it happened. If you're interested in reading it, PM me and I'll email it to you. I pull it out every Sept 11 to grasp the enormity of what happened.
