One of my neighbors mentioned something weird the other day. He said that he'd heard on the radio that people with Rh negative blood types were: (1) literal blue-bloods because their blood uses copper instead of iron; (2) descended from either reptiloid-human hybrids or genetically-modified humanoids from other worlds; (3) capable of amazing feats of psychic ability; (4) 30 to 40% more intelligent than the average human; and (5) prone to autism, attention-deficit disorders, and various forms of depression. Have you heard anything like this before?

Turns out that he's a fan of people like David Icke, of course.

I have no idea if I'm Rh negative or not.

Of course it's all bogus.

I guess it derives from the fact that the "Rh Factor" was first discovered in Rhesus monkeys; but only some Rhesus monkeys have this factor.

However, someone (D.Icke?) must've assumed all apes and monkeys are Rh positive, and that people with the Rh factor were descended (evolved) from a common ancestor with apes and monkeys, while people without the Rh factor had no such evolutionary ancestor -- the Rh negative people either did not originate on Earth or they evolved from extraterrestrial ancestors.

... sounds like someone has been watching too much SyFy channel ...

Gosh. Your neighbor is involved in a whole new dimension....in dementia! Lol!

Am type A. Don't know what my Rh status is. Fifteen percent of White Americans lack the Rh factor. But the Rh factor is on top of the regular old A, B, AB, or O, type that you have. So even if I were Rh negative (ie lacked the Rh protein) I would still have regular old type A blood that many other Terrestrial humans have. In other words I have the type A protein, and most likely also have the Rh protein. But even if I lacked the Rh protein I would still have the rest of my genome being very typically terrestrial .

What is it? I think that its horseshoe crabs that really do have the copper based blue blood. Some critter like that.

Are you a reptilian? Click the icons of any traits that apply to you, and then click "Calculate," below.

Do you have green or hazel eyes that change color like a chameleon, or blue eyes? Hazel, changing to green when irritated by smoke, dust, etc.
Do you have piercing eyes? I have what's been described as a "Piercing Stare".
Do you have red or reddish hair? My beard is red.
Do you have a sense of not belonging to the human race? C'mon! I'm an Aspie!
Do you have low blood pressure? 117 over 53, at last check-up.
Do you have deep compassion for fate of mankind? I love humanity; it's people that I can't stand!
Do you have keen sight or hearing? I earned a 'Sharpshooter' rating in the Navy, and I have "Perfect Pitch".
Do you have phsychic abilities? Somehow, I knew they would ask this.
Do you have ESP? No.
Do you have unexplained scars on body? Dozens.
Do you have "UFO connections"? No.
Do you have the capability to disrupt electrical appliances? I'm an electrical engineer AND a licensed Ham radio operator!
Do you have a love of space and science? Yes. I own three telescopes and play Traveller.
Do you have "alien contacts"? I'm married to an Asian woman.

Yes, you are a reptilian. Or have reptilian-compatible bloodlines or whatever. And here you were worried about a Halloween costume.

Well, I guess that settles it! (I am also Rh Negative.)

BOW TO YOUR REPTILIAN OVERLORD! :ninja:

Spock was fictional, so he doesn't count.

I SAID BOW TO YOUR OVERLORD!

My father has Rh negative blood...it's red...at least when oxygenated. Deoxygenated blood is dark red/blue/purple.

Yeah, haemoglobin works that way. Haemocyanin is bright blue when oxygenated, and transparent when otherwise.

WHY ARE YOU NOT BOWING TO YOUR REPTILIAN OVERLORD?!

No human blood uses copper instead of iron. And the rest of it is bs too.

Well, of course! Anything uttered by the fans of David Icke simply has to be bogus!
