She's just a year younger than I, and I first heard of her back in the 1970s, right after the end of the Vietnam war, except we didn't call it the Vietnam war back the, but the War in Indochina ... speacking of China, did you know that China isn't made in China, but in a little factory outside Hoboken? that's where Sinatra was born ... yep, Old Blue Eyes, the crooner ... had a daughter named Nancy who sung "These Boots Are Made For Walkin'". She later appeared topless in Playboy, and we started singing "These Bewbs Are Made fer Gawkin'" like any red-blooded American boy should. Did I ever tell you about the time I was in the bush leagues? Played shortstop for the Hoboken Blue Jays. Yeah, I really did it my way back then and ... <*SNORE*> ... <*SNORE*>...

Experiment IV - A very young Hugh Laurie appeared in this video

Wuthering Heights - People have been attempting to imitate the dance moves in the video and failing for 40 years. It is also Emily Bronte's the author of "Wuthering Heights" 200th birthday today

I LOVE Kate Bush’s compositions. This song always makes me emotional...she sings about her mother...and I remember my own mother...

So many songs to choose from...I’ve been playing ‘This Woman’s Work’ every day recently...love Cloudbusting, Wuthering Heights (now it reminds me of a Heathcliff-type ex! - not all bad, at all!), Song of Solomon, Hounds of Love, Nocturne...and a million others...
