Can uncooperative inanimate objects irritate you easily?

Yes. It's like some inanimate things are alive and put up a struggle against me. Also I become furious with anything i bang my shin or stub my toe on. One day I'm going to violently murder the coffee table.

Sometimes they annoy me, usually it's when they are not working the way they are supposed/designed to work. Like when my phone starts freezing or responding like I clicked on things I did NOT click on.

I can't tell you how many times I've had to restrain the urge to tear the damned puter out by the wires and hurl it out the back window, or take a sledgehammer to the infernally balky thing. then I remind myself that it is not my poor puter's fault that it runs like crap but is part of designed obsolescence on the part of bill gates and company, to try to force me to pony up a small fortune for a new and improved puter which will become balky in just a few months, ad infinitum.

Yeah, it sucks. Sometimes I wonder if they had the design for the ultimate personal computer 40 years ago and then decided to release it bit by bit.

Absolutely, at times.

I once punched out the motherboard of a VCR for failing to comply. It was dumpstered immediately. :-)

Since many autists invent "social" connections with inanimate objects, it is unusual for me to do that. But, I did and still do when needed. Most of the time, I am angry with how NTs design furniture, appliances and even civil engineering.

Why aren't utility-service holes located on or near the sidewalks where traffic is unimpeded, and the workers are safer? I mean, humanity has experienced the engineering everyone loathes for what ... four or five centuries?!? :|

I've used one but it only had a black and white screen.

Why aren't utility-service holes located where the pipes are. Half the time they have to dig up the street or the foot path and then rebuild the street or footpath over when they're done.

Awwwwwww.... I would hug puter and forgive it then  I think there'd be a bit fewer puters moldering in landfills and recycling places if they put that sign on puters when they bug up.

What do you mean when you say autists invent social connections with inanimate objects?
